General Jackson’s Shipping Policy

 

General Shipping Policy:                              

We strive to accommodate everyone’s shipping needs; your shipping date is determined by the service you are requesting. For nametapes to be made we ask that you allow one (1) extra day for those to be completed. For example of you call in Monday morning and need 5 name tapes, and you want them shipped next day….the name tapes will not be completed until Tuesday, therefore your package will not go out until Tuesday afternoon. UPS will guarantee delivery for Wednesday by the end of their business day.  Berets and other sewing items, they will be mailed out same day that order is processed. If there is any reason that a shipment cannot be mailed the same day as the order is processed, we will email you with an alternative solution, or let you know exactly when you can be expecting your package to be shipped, and the delivery date that UPS has estimated. If you are requesting NEXT DAY delivery, please keep in mind that UPS only counts business days, SATURDAY delivery is $15.00 additional to what the Next Day Air charge is. If you want the package delivered on Saturday please add a comment to your order and let us know the additional charge is accepted, and that you want SATURDAY DELIVERY. Otherwise, next day air packages will be delivered the next business. There is no Saturday option for any other UPS Service, only Next day air.

 

APO Customers:

For all APO customers UPS shipping rates will not apply, APO packages can ONLY be mailed by United States Postal Service.  We will contact you by email with actual shipping charges before filling your order.
